Refund Policy

All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment capture. Please review package details before payment.

Once a consultation has started or been delivered, payments are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of astrology services.

If payment is captured but the session cannot be delivered due to our scheduling issue, we will either reschedule your slot or process a partial/full refund based on the case.

Duplicate payment transactions are eligible for a refund after verification.
